About

Technology should reduce friction. Not add another system to manage.

Cordara was established to solve a recurring business problem: capable systems operating separately while people perform the connection manually.

Adelaide-based, Australia-wide. Remote or on-site, wherever the project requires.

Colleagues working through an operational process together

Make the operation work as a connected whole.

Cordara investigates how work and information move through an organisation, then designs the connections, automation and data access required to improve that flow.

The company is technology- and product-agnostic. We recommend native functions, commercial tools, low-code platforms, custom software or combinations according to the actual operation.

Practical, precise and commercially accountable.

Cordara begins with the process and the business case. We define assumptions, identify dependencies, preserve human approval where it matters and measure the result honestly.

We do not sell transformation theatre. We solve defined integration problems and leave the client with a secure, documented and supportable result.

Dean Huczok
Dean Huczok Founder & Systems Integrator

Founded from real-world systems experience.

A lifelong problem-solver with a background spanning electrical, communications, software development and systems integration, Dean’s career has always sat at the intersection of the physical and digital worlds.

Growing up in Sydney’s western suburbs, his interest in technology started early. While still at school, he was building websites, working with electronics and modifying vehicle electrical systems. After completing his HSC in 2000, he began an electrical apprenticeship and went on to gain broad experience across industrial control systems, residential maintenance and large-scale commercial construction.

A growing interest in data and communications led to telecommunications work across Sydney’s copper network, including fault finding, ADSL, exchange work and customer premises. In 2012, he co-founded a telecommunications services business that grew to a team of employees and subcontractors servicing major carriers and internet providers across Sydney.

Behind the scenes, Dean also designed and developed the software that ran the business. This included a custom web-based platform for job management, technician scheduling and routing, customer communications, payroll, invoicing, reporting and integration with external systems. That experience developed into a deep understanding of how software, networks and real-world infrastructure can work together.

In the years since, his work has expanded across structured cabling, CCTV, access control, alarms, AV, networking, remote monitoring, IoT, automation and cybersecurity. He has designed solutions for everything from multi-site corporate networks and construction site technology to solar-powered remote CCTV systems, cloud integrations, custom monitoring platforms and purpose-built electronics.

Rather than simply installing an off-the-shelf product, his approach is to understand the problem first and find a practical way to make the technology work. Sometimes that means integrating existing systems. Other times it means developing software, configuring networks, building custom hardware, or combining several technologies into one solution.

Now based in the Adelaide Plains region of South Australia, he brings more than two decades of hands-on technical experience to businesses and projects across Adelaide and beyond.
