How we work

Understand the operation before committing to the build.

Complex integration cannot be responsibly priced from a feature list. Cordara separates investigation, design and implementation so each decision is based on better information.

Step 1: Initial Opportunity Call

Establish fit

A no-cost 20-minute conversation identifies the process, systems, stakeholders, likely value and readiness for paid assessment.

The call does not include system access, architecture or detailed solution design.

Step 2: Integration Opportunity Assessment

Understand the problem

Starting from $4,500 ex GST, the assessment can include:

  • Stakeholder interviews
  • Current-process mapping
  • System and data inventory
  • Manual-effort and impact baseline
  • High-level access and feasibility review
  • Risks and dependencies
  • Indicative value
  • Recommended next step

Possible recommendations are to stop, remediate a prerequisite, proceed to blueprint or undertake a tightly defined integration sprint.

Step 3: Solution Blueprint

Design the right connection

Starting from $7,500 ex GST, a blueprint defines the future workflow, architecture, interfaces, data rules, security, monitoring, testing, rollout and implementation scope.

Not every assessment requires a separate blueprint. Complex and high-risk work usually does.

Step 4: Implementation

Build, test and commission

Defined implementation work normally begins from $15,000, with most multi-system projects falling between $25,000 and $150,000.

Cordara implements the approved solution, including appropriate validation, exception handling, monitoring, documentation, acceptance and handover.

Step 5: Measure and optimise

Keep the result dependable

Benefits are reviewed against the accepted baseline. Managed Integration and Optimisation services can monitor failures, vendor changes, data quality and improvement opportunities.

Working principles

  • Existing systems are retained where sensible.
  • The simplest supportable solution is preferred.
  • Native features, commercial tools, low-code and custom code are all options, not doctrines.
  • Important decisions retain human approval where needed.
  • Security, monitoring and rollback are part of the design.
  • Client responsibilities and third-party dependencies are explicit.
  • Recovered capacity is not automatically claimed as cash saving.

FAQ

Why is the assessment paid?

Understanding the process, system access, data, risk and value is the professional work required to avoid building the wrong solution. The assessment provides a useful decision even when implementation should not proceed.

Can Cordara quote the whole project first?

Only where the scope and interfaces are already sufficiently known. Most complex opportunities require assessment before Cordara can responsibly accept fixed implementation risk.

Is the assessment fee credited against implementation?

Not automatically. It is a separate professional deliverable. Any project-specific incentive will be stated in writing.

Does Cordara replace our existing IT provider?

No. Cordara addresses integration, automation and operational data. We work with authorised internal and external technology stakeholders.

Does Cordara only work in South Australia?

No. Cordara works Australia-wide. Discovery and delivery may be remote, on site or hybrid. Required travel is included or stated within the project proposal.

Does Cordara use AI?

Where it is useful and governable. Many problems are solved more reliably with ordinary integration, rules and better data. Cordara selects the mechanism after understanding the need.

Can Cordara guarantee savings?

No provider can responsibly guarantee benefits controlled by management decisions, adoption or future conditions. Cordara builds a conservative value case, defines measurable acceptance and distinguishes different benefit types.
